I put on a pair of knee socks (it's winter here) and pulled them right up to my knees...kinda make you go hmm....

mashed sweet potatos
I really like the mashed sweet potatoes in the Lean Cuisine meal I eat for lunch sometimes. Has anyone ever tried to duplicate it? There are so many recipes out there and I really am clueless.

1200 or goal BMR?
I was eating 1200 calories a day and always felt deprived. I looked up my BMR for my ultimate goal weight of 140 (I am 49 and 5'6") the figure was 1383. So I switched my daily allowance to that and it has made all the difference in the world for me. Is this looking ahead too much?

MFP Food Tracker
Is there a way to get rid of some of the items people have put up on the food tracker? So many of them are wrong and it takes so long to shuffle thru them to find a correctly imput item.

Keeping track of exercise
Like some I don't add my exercise to my daily posts because I don't want my food tracker to add more calories. Is there a way to add the exercise so I can keep track of it and not have it automatically add? Mindy ps...day 4 of the 30 day shred and feeling it :)
