Hi everyone! Did anyone see results just following the modified (Anita's) way of the work out? Also, did anyone simply do only one or two of the levels and see results? Ahh, sorry if this is confusing! But thanks in advance :)
Occasionally, I eat and work out well enough to have too many extra calories. Id like to consume a little more! However I'm close to my sugar limit, so does anyone know of some low sugar/medium calories snacks?
I've been working out daily and making healthy food choices but I can only manage to lose .5 to about 1.5 pounds a week. Kind of a silly question, but is this typical? Or is there ways I could lose two to three? Losing only one pound is satisfying but I always want a little more! :) thanks guys
