best snacks for hiking and climbing.
Hello, Im an avid hiker who recently gave up Sugar (Jan 1st) and I'm struggling with my energy level while hiking. Any ideas on great sugar free high energy snacks? I currently depend on nuts, string beans, cucumbers and hummus. Thanks for any suggestions. cheers and Happy New Year.
