I am just starting week 5 day 1 of the couch to 5 k program. For the last week my achilles tendons are very sorry. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I doing something wrong and is there some way to relieve this pain so I can continue my program?
I just finished week 5 day 3, thought it was going to be very difficult to complete, but I did it, even kept running for the additional 5 minutes then did my cool down. Total run time 25 minutes.
