I have lost 60 pounds and have 10 more to go, but my body doesn't seem to want to let go of any more! Any suggestions on how to get past this hurdle? I workout 6 times a week and log my calories. I try to eat back most of my workout calories! Thanks!
I just ran a 2 mile trail that is all hills! I am used to a flat 3.2 mile trail. It just about killed me! The down hill wasn't any easier than the uphill! Any advice!
