I just ran a 2 mile trail that is all hills! I am used to a flat 3.2 mile trail. It just about killed me! The down hill wasn't any easier than the uphill! Any advice!

Not really. You are using muscles you don't normally use when running, and it will get easier after a while. That's all I've got for you. Sorry!0

just keep running them & you will get stronger. Hills are tough, but you will get really toned calves, quads and butt muscles by running them. I have a tough time getting my calves to be sore, but running hills is one sure way to do it for me. Keep up the good work and just think of all the calories you are burning by running them.0
