a little confused!!!
i need some guidance regarding this. please can someone point me in the right direction. so my bmr is 2072 and tdee cut value(-20%) is 2572 . some days i burn for example 800 cals. so 2572-800=1772! now this net value has gone below my bmr. should i eat back a few cals to match my bmr or should i not? because as discussed…
