multivitamin suggestions, daily vitamins?
So I am feeling great this week! I was wondering if anyone can suggest what vitamins to be taking daily...i'm currently taking NONE! I know I should probaly be taking a multi-vitamin..anything else to aid me in my journey? I've heard a lot about fish oil, and vitamin b as well.....but I need some suggestions!

Serving Suggestion
Not really a recipe, BUT i just has bbq'ed corn on the cob lightly salted, and peppered....after i got it off the bbq i spread a wedge of laughing cow light blue cheese on it, WOW! AMAZING!!! :D kinda like elote!! :) try it!
