I only drink coffee occasionally and I don't mind it black, but my wife found some coconut creamer that has helped her off the sugar filled flavored creamers.0

You may like almond milk. I prefer powder creamer so I just count it.0

I gotta have my coffee in the morning (mother of 3 little ones). As for the creamer..stick with the fat free flavors and use about 2 tbsp. Sometimes I'd get the sugar free too. I've seen some people use fat free milk and Splenda.0

I second the almond milk! There's hardly any calories in it.
I also add a little bit of sweetener and sometimes some cinnamon for a little something extra0 -
love my coffee
I add two packets of steva and one (those little shot cup size international delights) of creamer to my coffee in the morning0 -
I use Coffee Mate. It's a creamer I think, and is only 14cals a tsp.0

I also have to have my daily coffee. I use light vanilla soy milk, no sweetner0

Skim milk and splenda?0

Try to gradually cut back the cream until you can drink it black..I did that a couple of years ago and now I LOVE my coffee black, I drink a lot of it too, and I don't have to feel guilty doing it!!:)0

If the taste of cream is what you love, try to wean yourself off of it...start with whole milk or 2% milk, then over a few weeks decrease to 1% and skim. And eventually to nothing. I only drink skim milk in my coffee, and maybe only a teaspoon of it at that!
Also, I have found that the key to enjoying black coffee is to spend the money on a really excellent-quality coffee. High-quality coffee that is brewed correctly tastes infinitely better than cheap coffee with milk or cream ever can!0 -

I second the almond milk. It only adds about 30 calories to my coffee in the morning vs 100 or more using cream or milk.0 -
I put a TON of sugar and creamer into my coffee (at least compared to most people), and it still ends up only adding about 60 calories per 16-oz mug. I don't feel a need to cut that back, personally. Measure what you add, and count it. Unless you're topping it with whipped cream and adding a bunch of syrups or something, it's probably not that big of a deal.0

I drink mine black or with a splash of cream. Why add artifical flavors and sweeteners?0

I love me coffee too. I enjoy the liquid creamers. Its approx 50 calories per cup. I also use splenda to make it perfect for me! Your best bet is try different kinds until you find the one you like. When I crave sweets I have a cup of coffee and the craving is satisfied.0
