Cellulite!
Hi guys, i have extrememly bad cellulite on my thigs and bum. i go to the gym 3x a week and normally 1 or 2 i will be doing squats etc. does anyone have any hints/tips on getting rid off cellulite? or has anyone lost weight/toned up and they have seen a difference? thanks!

Help Need to cut down on carbs!
Hi guys, looking for some ideas for high protein diets as i am going to the gym 3x a week. and everytime im inputting food into the food diary it seems i dont have a lot of protein in my foods and its mainly carbs! which is what i need to really cut down to start seeing results. any suggestions?
