Eating for your blood type
Does anyone do this or has anyone tried this at all? I know in the past, I have eaten for my blood type, unknowingly of course, and it worked fine. Actually it was great. Says that type A blood types flourish on vegetarian diets and I did amazing just eating veg in the past. Just a thought..anyone have any comments?

BMR question, anyone help?
So...This site calculates my BMR at 1,652..which is what your body burns basically just to stay alive. When I signed up, it told me I was allowed 1,200 calories a day..will that not put my body in starvation mode?? Confusion, anyone help?
