Just thought I'd say hi. I've been directed over here after posting for advice on ways to spread my calorie allowance. I work 2 night shifts per week 8am-8pm and am struggling to work it out. Anyway I'll go and have a look around at other threads for ideas. I'm hope it's not just me who's confused by it. Maisie
Hi, Firstly apologies that my first post is asking for help. I work 2 night shifts 8pm-8am per week, on a rota basis and they aren't always consecutive. I'm struggling to work out how to spread my calorie allowance out. Any ideas would be great. Thanks MaisieDW
