Looking good in a suit
I'm getting married in a few weeks. Yay! Does anyone have tips on weightlifting to look good in a suit? Should I concentrate on shoulders? I've been doing a lot of bodyweight stuff, pullups, pushups, and dips, and I really haven't seen much improvement in that area, though my biceps and triceps do look a bit bigger. Any…

Addicted to these breakfast cookies
About 80 cal each, I have 2-3 for breakfast. Really good and more importantly very EASY (no eggs, flour, baking soda, etc). Really they are just oatmeal that you bake in a cookie shape. Want to be able to do 20 pull-ups
But I can only do about 1.75 of them (the second one craps out most of the way up). Any tips on getting there? Exercises that you'd recommend (since I can't do many pullups it's hard to fully work that motion)? I'm trying to lose ~20lbs too, so I imagine that will help (less to lift!) Thanks!
