Anybody try The Simple Diet?
I started Monday and I've lost 3 pounds so far.

Exercising is so discouraging, I was only
able to do 15min on the treadmill, because my legs started itching & burning. Then I did Hip Hop Abs got 14min into it, and was out of breath, oh and I'm a 125 pounds overweight. This is going to be something else!

My Personal Trainer has me balancing on one
foot while lifting 10 pound weights, but I cannot balance myself for nothing, is there anything I can do?

Bodybugg records all
calories burn right? I want to know is it ok to take all those calories burned, and enter it MFP exercise, and would I still lose weight using those calories, because on bodybugg if you record what you eat, it minus from calories burned. However, does the opposite on MFP. Just curious.

Does the Bodybugg calculate differently
from MFP, because when I add my calories that I earned and ate to bodybugg it has me maintaining?

Hey I think I found a weight loss suppressant
well at least suppresses my appetite, It's the Unjury Protein Powders, I put it in my oatmeal, soups & pudding for some reason I have no appetite for hours. I hope this last, but anytime I get hungry I use in a drink or my snack, etc. I just thought I share.
