Help please! Kind of confused!
I took a Metabolic Test today and my RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate is 1829. The gal said that to lose weight I can eat from 1465-1800 calories/day. But I am a little confused: So my Target Daily Calories is 1700. Now, is this "net" calories (calories consumed - calories burned)? Or, should I ONLY be eating a total of 1700??…
