So, I want to log some strength training, but I want it to count the calories that I burn. I did sweat and I did get my heart rate up (I do not have a HRM, but I want one!).

Today I did two rotations of a full body (body weight with some weights).
Here is what I did with my trainer that I can remember:
Two sets of with 10-12 reps each:
Supermans
oblique crunches
one legged bridges
Wall sits with a balance ball thing on the wall behind my back
Standing on a balance (half ball) thing with shoulder presses 8lb hand weights
Standing on a balance (half ball) thing with bicep curls 8lb hand weights
Lunges with 5lb hand weights
Sitting (I don't know what it's called) using a resistance band and working the lower back side muscles

And some other things that I don't recall off the top of my head. I will have the list of everything later.
I was just wondering how to log these exercises so that the burned calories are counted.

I did a Metabolic test a month ago, and they said that I burn about 190 calories per half hour doing exercise (rough estimate).

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
