Need friends with similar goals!
Hello everyone- I used to be a regular here and have fallen off the wagon..a lot! I am 5"7, 165 pounds. Today I found up my body fat percentage is 29. WTF. I dont think i actually look fat, but hey the numbers do not lie. I really want to get back to normal!!! Add me, we can motivate each other :)

Is it possible to consume too much protein?
If i eat, for example, some whey protein and chicken i seem to go way over my protein goal for the day. since I am considering going gluten free soon, I expect my protein to really increase from the foods i eat. I am female 5"7 and about 158. I want to know, if possible, exactly how much is too much.

Coming off of a bit if a binge

SUGAR!
So I have been at this for a little over 2 weeks, and I realize now that I usually average 70-100g of sugar a day! How much is TOO much? How much would you say you personally average out on?
