If i eat, for example, some whey protein and chicken i seem to go way over my protein goal for the day. since I am considering going gluten free soon, I expect my protein to really increase from the foods i eat.
I am female 5"7 and about 158.
I want to know, if possible, exactly how much is too much.

If it causes you to exceed your calorie intake or if the continual increased protein intake (while maintaining caloric deficit) causes you continual shortages on dietary fat, then it's an issue.
Bodybuilders at your stats would take in anywhere from 130 on the LOW end to about 225 on the high end.0 -
Ah. Yeah I workout but am no means a bodybuilder. Maybe I will shoot for around 130, being on the low end of that.0

Unless it causes shortages in other things, then it's fine. Excess protein is disposed of through your urine (to the best of my knowledge). So, no, you cannot overdose on protein.0
