Soy- good or bad for you?
Hey, I’ve recently began incorporating vegan/vegetarian meals into my week. I am loving Gardein products but noticed they have soy in them. I have heard that soy based products are not good for you in the past- is this true? Anyone have more knowledge about this topic?

Bad knees :(
Hey guys! I have been getting very bad pain in my knees the last few months and it’s effecting my workouts. I am a server 3-4 days a week and find that after I work, my knees get worse. If I have a few days off it’s better but still there. They hurt the worst whenever I am sitting too long, right in the morning, and going…

Morelli Meal Plan
I follow this awesome trainer on instagram, Michael Morelli, and I just started his custom 12 week meal plan today. Wondering if anyone has had success using this plan? This morning was tough eating such a large breakfast for my high carb day, but I've definitely been full. I would love to hear stories :)

Pants/Shorts
So... tried on a pair of sweatpant material shorts that fit perfectly fine last summer, and now, due to squatting a lot, they are booty shorts! I'm also having issues fitting my butt and thighs into jeans ever since I've been squatting... Anyone else having these issues/know of any good brands of jeans that stretch enough…

Nuts n More
I just ordered 2 Nuts n More spreads and I am so excited to try them!! I'm from Canada, so I had to find someone online to ship it to me, because the site doesn't do it. I ordered Chocolate Peanut Butter, and regular Peanut Butter. Does anyone have any different recipes I could try with them? :)

The gym and dreaded "bacne" :(
Hey! I find that the more time I spend sweating at the gym, the worse my back gets with break outs. Working out in a t-shirt or long sleeve shirt is out of the question (I get too hot in just a tank). Anyone else have this issue or any remedies?! I am desperate to try anything at this point!

Back to myfitnesspal
Hey everyone. I seem to have an on and off again relationship with myfitnesspal. I find I get the most results when using the app, and seem to struggle without it. Calculating Macros
Hello, Does anyone have any advice for calculating macros? I mostly do weight lifting when I work out, and do a bit of cardio. I work out 3-4 times a week, but also work a boring office job, so I am usually sitting during the day. What would the appropriate intake of carbs, protein and fat be? The goal is weight loss, and…

Advice please: extra virgin olive oil vs. coconut oil
Hello, I usually cook with olive oil, but I've been interested in trying coconut oil as an alternative, because I've heard it's healthier. My goals are to lose weight/fat and build muscle. Is there a huge difference between the two? I don't want to spend the extra money if it isn't really beneficial.

Recording Strength Training
Hello, I am trying to be as accurate as possible with my documentation of food and work outs, but you can't see calories burned doing strength training, so how does everyone document calories burned for strength training?

i'm back
Hello, My name is Nicole. I used to use MyFitnessPal religiously about a year and a half ago, and was in the best shape of my life and felt so great. Life happened, I got busy, maybe even a bit lazy and fell off. I would continue to work out and eat relatively healthy. I have always had jobs that kept me running around and…
