Hey everyone.
I seem to have an on and off again relationship with myfitnesspal. I find I get the most results when using the app, and seem to struggle without it. My issue when I use it, is I become pretty obsessed and feel super guilty when I eat something junky. However, when I'm off it, I feel like I don't have control over the amount of calories I am eating. I am back again and will start recording my food beginning tomorrow. Here's to hoping I stick with it permanently this time around. Anyone else have this issue? Calorie counting can become so tedious at times.

I'm in the same boat. I just looked through my diary and laughed. I'm not looking for a miracle; just a way to improve my overall health. I have learned there are some things I just am not willing to give up. So I need to find a way to work them into my lifestyle. I am back on MFP and ready to make some changes.
