Odd food diary hours
Does anyone else use "non traditional" hours for your diary? I recently had to move back in with my Mum and I'm struggling to log properly as she does the evening meal and I never know what she will cook. I have control over what I eat during the day. I love this calorie counting thing!
I love that if I have leftover calories I can have a piece of chocolate or glass of wine and not feel guilty! Or I can plan to be naughty and still not worry about ruining my count. I guess some people would choose not to eat those extra calories but I see them as an opportunity!

Strength training - no calories burned?
I am new here and have started logging my exercise etc daily. Cam someone tell me why the strength training section doesn't show a calories burned? You must burn calories doing a strength workout so why isn't it logged against your calorie's used?
