Has anybody else had problems with the readings on this? I changed the battery thinking that was the problem ,but for some reason it is all over the place with the readings now. Normally my hr would range from 155-182. Now during my runs I'll get readings like 82,111 at a high intensity level.

Runners water cut off ?
Hi Runners! Just wold like to hear When do you usually cut off your water intake going into a run. I usually stop an hour before. Usually any time inside that mark will cause stomach cramping for me. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Can anybody give me advice on setting goals when using a Heart rate Monitor? I use a Polar with nike+ and my usual average is like 163. My problem is I don't have a clue if that is good or bad. Basketball Calories?
Does anybody know how to log a half court game? I'm looking to see what a half court game for an hour would burn. I can't help but think my heart rate monitor through Nike+ is being too generous. It says I burned 700 calories during an hour of half court basketball. That just seems too good to be true!
