I've been doing 30ds for a few weeks, but only every other day, I'm on the 2nd section. Has anyone else done this instead of every day? The results will just be slower right? I ride my bike for 15 minutes and walk 4 mph for 30 minutes or so on the other days. I just can't stand an exercise dvd every day. I love the results…

Wow-I am shaking and it's 30 minutes later! I feel very successful for not turning it off...but don't know how I'll make it through tomorrow. Off topic-but are you supposed to wear shoes with exercise inside? That shows how much I've done!

This program is awesome! I stuck to my 1200 plus exercising calories every day and lost 1/2 an inch off my waste and hips!
