I've been doing 30ds for a few weeks, but only every other day, I'm on the 2nd section. Has anyone else done this instead of every day?
The results will just be slower right? I ride my bike for 15 minutes and walk 4 mph for 30 minutes or so on the other days. I just can't stand an exercise dvd every day.
I love the results I see from others doing 30ds though!

    I do the 30DS once a wk! but only because i rotate all my jillian micheals dvd's each day. I have a total of 7 so i do each one on different days, but i also do 35 mts on the treadmill at least 5 days a wk.
