What do you do food wise?
Another poll to satisfy my curiousity. How many people on here are paleo, primal, zone, something else, etc.? I am feeling the need to up my nutritional game but am curious what is working for other cross fitters.

How often do you WOD?
I have been aiming for three times a week, but I feel like my results may drastically improve if I went more frequently. I was just wondering how often others are doing CF? Out of curiousity.

couch to 5 k alternative??
Hi everyone. I downloaded the podcast for the couch to 5 k and I have to admit, it seems a little harsh to me. I remember some years ago I found a "beginner's running" program that started off much gentler. I think the first week was something like walk 7 minutes run 1 minute, alternating for a total of 30 minutes. And you…
