Hi everyone. I am returning with new challenges. I have gastroparesis thus must eat low fiber. I am diabetic, and am looked not to lose some weight to get a knee replacement! Come help me reach a healthier me.
This is the second time I have tried My Fitness Pal. This time I have a goal of a new right knee. However, I am somewhat daunted because I have gastroparesis and have to ignore fiber-rich foods. Just eat White is my slogan. Help me find good, healthy foods with low fiber and fall into the low glycemic index.
Looking for support after regaining the weight I lost. I am slowly working out again with arthritis and a bad ankle....but I am doing it... looking for help and to help others.
