How do I record bootcamp? There is about 20 min of cardio and the other 40 minutes is strenght training, but it's never the same. It's also a whole lot of reps etc. How can I add this, because the calorie burn is anywhere from 500 - 800 per hour. Believe me, I'm still on the burning of about 500 at the moment. Ideas?…
