I feel our heart rates go down, I guess it's kind of like interval training. So all of it is intermingled with stretches, walking or jogging, calathetics(sp) and using weights or medicine ball. It's a huge variety, we don't have the chance to get bored that's for sure.

Yeah it's hard. But I had the same thing happen, but in the end we were'nt working at the same level or close. I think it would have been ok with me if she were pushing hard, but she wasn't. She came to my house to exercise, then she came late, then she cancelled...you know the drill. I had to do what is right for me.…

See that's the problem, too much of a variety all the time. I did figure we did about 20 min of cardio....running in place. The rest was strength training, but I don't even see weight lifting as a choice. Boy am I gonna hurt tomorrow.

Alls I know is sometimes I get tired of waiting for other people. So I will do things like a museum, a movie, eating lunch out and some festivals on my own. You can move at your own pace and you don't have to consider what someone else wants to do. It can be a good thing.
