Boot Camp Variety

How do I record bootcamp? There is about 20 min of cardio and the other 40 minutes is strenght training, but it's never the same.
It's also a whole lot of reps etc. How can I add this, because the calorie burn is anywhere from 500 - 800 per hour. Believe me, I'm still on the burning of about 500 at the moment.

Ideas?

    Are the cardio and strength intermixed without giving your heartrate a chance to come down? If so, record it as circuit training.

    I feel our heart rates go down, I guess it's kind of like interval training. So all of it is intermingled with stretches, walking or jogging, calathetics(sp) and using weights or medicine ball. It's a huge variety, we don't have the chance to get bored that's for sure.
