Mini success of the day!
I went to the gym today to meet my personal trainer. He said that I looked like I had lost more weight since I saw him last ( 2 days ago!!!) Then I when I turned around and started walking- he let out a "WOAH!" - He said my butt looked awesome!!! Made my day!!!

Whole Foods Hot Food Bar?
So, I work right across from a Whole Foods market, and although I try to bring my lunch as much as possible- i often find myself at thier wonderful Hot Food bar ( the one by me is amazing).
