Whole Foods Hot Food Bar?

So, I work right across from a Whole Foods market, and although I try to bring my lunch as much as possible- i often find myself at thier wonderful Hot Food bar ( the one by me is amazing). I try to make the healthiest choices possible, but I can't find any nutrition information online ANYWHERE for whole foods products fresh in the store.
The same goes for any of thier packaged, fresh food.. ( sandwiches/ baked goods, etc.)
I feel like i am probably eating so many hidden tasty calories....I mean, is it possible for the food to be healthy and still taste THIS good?
Does anyone know where I can find any information about this?
Thanks!

Just an FYI but healthy does not necessarily mean low calories. Many full fat versions of products are healthier than their reduced fat cousins. as an example olive oil is healthy yet very high in fat (good fat) and calories.0
