Thanksgiving!
So Thanksgiving came and went. How many of you gave in and indulged or stayed firmly on track? As for myself, I definitely indulged a bit more than I usually do, but that only meant that I would have to work out 10 times harder! I always seem to psych myself out a few days before my weigh in. I know I've stuck to my diet, haven't cheated and worked out, yet I always feel like I'm going to gain weight.
