Using up FAT allowance
I seem to struggle with getting enough fats for the day. Any suggestions would be appreciated. It's hard to use the fats without going to high on calories. I love yogurt, but I refuse to eat any with the artificial sweetners. I am usually over on proteins, so nuts are not even an option. Thanks : )

trouble balancing cal, fats and carbs...
I am having trouble balancing the required calories, carbs, fats, sugars and proteins. For example: Today I have 150 calories, 3 carbs, 17 fats, over on my proteins and sugars. A SWEET tea
I found a fantastic cinnamon tea that has such a great mixture of herbs that you do not need ANY sugar or sweetner. It is naturally sweet. It comes in decaf and regular. This tea makes a GREAT ice tea too. So if you love cinnamon and have a sweet tooth this is a great 0 calorie tea to satisfy that need.
