Tasty, Greek plain yogurt snack : )

I love yogurt and like to consume it often to help with my lactose intolerance, but I was having a horrible time finding one that was not loaded with sugar or artificial sweetners so I got creative and am very pleased with the results.....

1 Greek plain non fat yogurt ( It is nice and thick and creamy) -80 calories
1 TBL Almond butter ( creamy, no stir) -95
1/2 TBL Smuckers simply fruit spread- 20
1 tsp flax meal -12

For 207 calories it makes a very satisfying snack and loaded with protein, fiber and good fats.

    YUM! I DO THAT WITH OATMEAL!!! I really cant stand oatmeal but i add a tbs of peanut butter and sugar free smuckers preserves...delish!!!

    Ahh, great idea. I have oatmeal every morning, because I do love it, but I add vanilla protein powder so that would be a yummy alternative....thanks!
