this morning i threw a skirt i made last autumn (2011) in my cycle bag and didn't think anything of it after my shower i put it on and it is too big. massively too big. so i did a happy dance ( and almost lost the skirt) cant wait to get it on my sewing machine and take those 4 inches out! :happy: what's your NSV! share…

I find that at lunch i need something sweet to end the meal or I've tried having a cup of tea or chewing gum but I just crave cake I can have an apple or a yogurt and that's ok does anyone have any favorite healthy sweet treats all ideas and suggestions gratefully received

broken hand
I have broken my hand and am looking for things i can do exercise wise. I am a lazy person so i need fun things - normally i hula hoop, pole dance and do free running/parkour plus cycling to work.
