I have several exercise videos that i'm actually going to start using--what a concept lol--one in particular, Yoga Meltdown. It definitely is cardio but I think strength training as well. How should I log it? Cardio or strength? Also, are there any dvds you would recommend? Thanks :)

calories burned confusion
When tracking my exercise I get several different readings: on here for 45 mins on the Elliptical says you burn 618 cal, my machine says 389, and I just got a watch that monitors HR and calories burned and that read 603. Am I really burning 600 calories in 45 mins? seems like a lot compared to 389. I guess I just want…
