this is perfect! example; two weeks ago I just knew I was going to gain-I stayed the same, last week I was up almost a pound. This week I was down 5!! Not quite sure how that happened....? But no matter what log your weight record your food and keep going. :happy:

I've just logged it as yoga and changed the calories burned to what my heart rate monitor said.

I don't have a specific day but yes I do splurge on occasion. Life happens and if you constantly deprive yourself you will give up on your weight loss journey. Enjoy your date with your sweetie!

I'd forgotten about Billy Banks I did one of his tae-bo videos ages ago and it was awesome I'll definitely look for something by him. Dance work outs would be cool too.
