Confused About Calorie Intake
I'm currently on 1500 cals a day, but obviously after exercise more will be available. Eg I burned 300 cals, MFP will tell me I have 1800cals left to eat today. What I want to know is do I eat those extra calories or not? I haven't been doing lately, but as my weightloss has stalled I am wondering if I'm not eating enough?…

How long is the Insanity workout? I'm considering doing it but needing to know how many minutes its last so I can decide if I'm going to do it in the mornings before work or in the evenings! Exercises for toning inside thighs?
Hi all, Does anyone know of any good exercise for toning the inside of your thighs? I do alot of cycling/running and have noticed that the outside of my thighs are starting to get some shape and tone, but the insides are still quite flabby and I would like to tackle this issue. Thanks :)

Stopped Losing Weight... HELP!
Hi all, I'd been doing quite well with the weight-loss, lost 3stone in total.
