ok I am not sure what went wrong this week. My first week I had a loss of 5 pounds but this week gained 1. Ugh! So frustrating to be working my butt off and have a gain. Well, guess I will try and drink more water since I don't drink enough and I guess I won't eat all my exercise calories and see what happens. Wish me luck!
