ok I am not sure what went wrong this week. My first week I had a loss of 5 pounds but this week gained 1. Ugh! So frustrating to be working my butt off and have a gain. Well, guess I will try and drink more water since I don't drink enough and I guess I won't eat all my exercise calories and see what happens. Wish me luck!

Hang in there, don`t get discouraged. Keep drinking the extra water and the weight will start toi come off again. i was stuck on 6 lbs for a week when i started and then started to drink my 8 glasses a day and have shed another 3 lbs. It will start to come off, just stick with your plan!
