Advice welcome - training
So will try not be to verbose here - started training for my first 5k on the 18th January and I really haven't been following the couch to 5k program. I've been just following what my body tells me I can handle, So far I haven't regretted it but think maybe I'm taking the long way there or perhaps there are better methods…

Just signed up for a 5km run
Well using running as my means to get fit and healthy again, just signed up for my first 5km run in Toronto and really looking forward to it. I have 49 days to prepare which will be plenty of time :) anyone else doing this ?

Been using this app for a while but have only gotten serious lately - I'm training for my first 5km run in march and hoping that setting this goal will help me get there. Anyone who wants to add me please do - it's always nice to hear from other people especially if you are a runner or running to get fit - would be great…
