So I am trying to really shed about 20lbs in two months. I was told that green apples really help burn fat. Is there some truth to this?
I have been doing Zumba to try and get a workout in that is fun. Has anyone else taken Zumba classes and gotten and results?
I am a mother of five, my oldest being 9 and my youngest being 7 months. I work full-time, and am also a nursing mother. I am trying to lose the baby weight in a healthy manner, and just looking for some extra support, and feedback from other mothers.
