Broke the 200 barrier! and hard workouts
Today I broke the 200 lb barrier and weight in at 199! I have not been under 200 for over 15 years, at least! The scale said 199 yesterday, i thought it was a fluke, weighted in today and yes, it was repeatable. A year ago I had a 44" waist. Now I fit in 38" waist pants. I am also working out to gain strength for cycling.…
