Has anyone tried Be-Buff by GNC? Its a protein powder specially for women and I am considering using it after my workouts to maximize my workout and help tone up and stay full after my workouts. Let me know if you have tried it!!!

Is it Possible to Eat Too Much Fruit?!
I consistently go over on sugar but its from fruit... can this be contributing to my not losing weight and possible weight gain?!

Hey Everyone I have been following my calorie goal and exercise goals ALL summer. i havent lost any weight and dont look any better. in fact i feel I look as though I have GAINED weight. granted, if I gain muscle thats all fine BUT i dont look any thinner.
