Selecting a Trainer
I have decided to hire a trainer once a week or every two weeks to review my workouts and make suggested changes. I usually workout 4 - 5 times a week in the morning and want to avoid doing the same thing over and not getting good workouts. Any suggestion for what I should look for in a trainer?
