Did a new class today: how do I enter this?
I went to a class called "Cross conditioning." It was 55 minutes - half of it was kettlebells, squats, lunges, etc and the other half was jumping up and down on a step with a bunch of risers. Can't seem to find anything remotely similar in the system - how would you categorize it?

Running/pace times on MFP
Hi everyone - I've been on MFP for two years now and still can't believe the pace times are not updated. I consistently run a 10:30 paced mile and never know how to log it. Anyone use it for exercise and wondering how you put it in as a calorie burn?
