I am new to MFP and I am wondering…how do you log your WODs? I tried finding "rope climbs" and it wasn't on there. What I have been doing is putting everything under "running" and estimate my calorie burn. I realize this is not the best way to do it, but I am kind of lost. Any help would be appreciated :) Thanks!!

I have been on this journey many, many times before. Start, restart, start, [insert 1000 more times here]. I lost 30 lbs. (167-137) 2 years ago. I have maintained around 139-142 for the past year. I am DONE with this maintenance/plateau. I tried MFP a while back, never consistently. This time I will make an honest effort.…
