I guess I am the "un-trolliest" person ever, because I cannot think of anything negative to say. It is wrong someone would do that, and it is sad that someone could be that lazy (esp. at the gym). The people who had a problem with it are probably guilty of doing it lol Keep on posting, Mike :)

We have VERY similar stats. Height: 5'3 High weight = 167 CW- 142 Goal weight = 120

Ditto. I go every 3-4 days. I have tried EVERYTHING to go more regularly. Magnesium Citrate (not glycinate!) is the best I have come to getting "regular"

Took it 2 years ago, still paying the hospital bill for my heart palpitation induced anxiety attack. I wish my body would let me take it, loved the extra energy it gave me!

5'3, small frame 115-120 :) Edited to include jeans sz: Right now I am 142-ish with a jean size of 4. I wear some 2s depending on the brand. I would like to fit comfortably in my 2s and 0s.

5'3 and definately interested! Petites have a different spin on weightloss, IMO. It would be nice to have a group to chat about it :)

Hi everyone! I am 23, 5'3 and new to the group. I have a small frame and my current weight of 142 is too much (IMO) for my frame! I would like to be 115-120 by my wedding 4/6/13. I feel, we have to work so much harder to keep even the smallest amount of weight off in order to keep our figures! It is SO nice to have support…

Speech Language Pathologist (almost). I am in my last stretch of my Master's degree. I work full time as a licensed Speech Pathology Assistant and do grad school at the same time. :) It's a lot of work but I absolutely LOVE my field! So that helps.

Overhead squats I use the 35 lb bar. They are so difficult for me mainly because of the "balance" aspect. :) We will get there!
