How much protein?
How much protein should i be aiming for daily? how much in comparison to fats and carbs? There is just so much misinformation on the internet these days. I thought I would start by asking here instead of wadding blindly through the million hits i would get in a goggle search

Super low energy level
Diet plus new workouts have me totally beat. Does anyone have any suggestions for specifics I could incorporate into my diet to keep my mood and energy level up?

Pain in my shoulder arm and neck
I think i just tweaked it via every day type movement. should I go running still and just try to power through? Or rest? I've found a few things that say exercise will be good for me and a few things that say rest. I've been taking ibprofin and ice/heat treating it all day to no avail. HHHHEEEELP!!! (pain is like a 5)
