How much protein?

How much protein should i be aiming for daily? how much in comparison to fats and carbs?

There is just so much misinformation on the internet these days. I thought I would start by asking here instead of wadding blindly through the million hits i would get in a goggle search

    Different people will tell you different things. I try to get 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat, but I don't panic it I'm not exact. I aim for 1 gram of protein per estimate pound of lean body mass, so 90-95 grams. Seem one trying to build muscle, eating at a surplus will probably eat a lot more than that.
